It’s that time of the year….Ponfel’s Christmas Card Exchange!!!

Thanks again to everyone who took part last year I hope you all re-join the exchange this year – add your friends get them involved I think we could all use some Christmas cheer.

Here’s what you need to know:

Who can join?

Anyone who wants to send and receive Christmas cards

What to do?

Buy or make your own Christmas cards, write a message inside your cards, buy stamps and mail your cards away – and then wait for your personal cards to arrive in the mail! It’s that simple.

You need to fill out the “What’s Needed?” section below and the number of cards you want to send will be the number of addresses you receive to send out to.

There is no cost associated with this activity besides what you spend on cards and postage – Australia Post will charge for a stamp in November and December $0.65 as long as the cards are endorsed ‘Card Only’ and weigh no heavier than 20 grams.

You are allowed to send anything you want to the addresses you receive, as long as it is appropriate and not too costly. However, it is a CARD exchange. If you send gifts, do not expect gifts in return.

Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that you will receive all your cards.

If for some reason you have to drop out of the card exchange, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make the appropriate changes to the mailing list.

We ask that the addresses you receive you treat with the utmost of care – Ponfel promises to every participant to treat their personal details/information with respect and we will never sell your information to other parties.

For privacy reasons at the end of the year your information will be destroyed and if you wish to partake next year you will need to resubmit your details again.

What's going to happen?

Around the middle of November, we will send out a list of people you will be sending cards to. Please have your cards out by the end of November.

If you are unable, for some reason to have your cards out by the end of November, please private message us.

Dates to Remember:

Cut-off date to sign up for the Exchange is the beginning of November

Addresses of where to send your cards will sent to by the middle of November

You must send all your cards by the end of November

Everyone should receive their cards early December
