Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order will be dispatched within 2 working days from the date of receipt of payment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Freight charges are based on size, weight and destination of products ordered. Please check you junk mail as some customers find this email is redirected to this folder. 
 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
 
We do not ship to PO Boxes and due to the Covid 19 pandemic the shipping times are longer than usual due to the volume of parcels that are being shipped. So please allow for that when ordering. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
 
We cannot guarantee shipping times, however we will do our best to keep you updated with shipping times and tracking.
 
All parcels come with basic tracking. You will receive confirmation with a tracking number when your order has been shipped.  When tracking your order, please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to be lodged with the courier service.
 
When we are packing and sending, extra care is taken to wrap and protect your items, however in rare instances breakages may happen through the course of postage. In the event of a breakage or damage to your order, please review our returns policy.
 
When items have been marked as shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If at any time you have selected Authority to Leave (ATL) Ponfel holds no responsibility should your order be lost. Providing ATL means you have authorised Australia Post/Courier to leave the parcel without signature.
 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from South Penrith, NSW. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 
 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 
 
If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@ponfel.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to PO Boxes. 
 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty or not as described please let us know within 7 days of purchase, we do not however refund for change of mind. We reserve our right to deny any claim or return. Please read our Refund Policy
